Johnny’s    dedication    culminated    in    a    trade    test    qualification    at    Doornfontein    in    1984, marking    his    mastery    in    the    craft.    His    career    evolved    through    senior    roles,    including draughtsman   and   architectural   positions   at   OK   Bazaars,   sparking   a   passion   for   architectural design.   This   led   to   further   studies   in   architecture,   where   he   excelled   in   managing   large-scale projects   like   hospitals,   clinics,   and   shopping   centres.   Johnny’s   creative   flair   also   extended   to professional graphic design, showcasing his versatility. Never   one   to   rest,   Johnny   built   a   successful   IT   network   and   software   engineering   company, also     specializing     in     data     recovery     and     digital     forensics,     which     his     son     now     leads triumphantly.    At    60,    Johnny    semi-retired    (but    will    probably    never    retire)    to    focus    on Wilkinson    Design    Studio,    where    he    continues    to    channel    his    lifelong    commitment    to woodworking, design, and innovation.
